DINING
GAMASOTE

At the heart of GAMASOTE is the gamasot, a traditional Korean iron cauldron.
Chicken is simmered slowly over steady heat, allowing the broth to develop a deep,
clear flavour that cannot be rushed.

The cauldron, the fire and the time held between them define every restorative bowl.
